Brightly death in front of society

One of the most serious debates in nowadays is that whether death penalty is practicable. More and more people take this issue in concern as lot of terrible shooting and booming criminal occurred recently. From my perspective, I strongly support to implement death penalty because the moral justice of the law, the effect of deterrence, and most importantly ,culprit should be responsible for the irrevocable mistakes.
To begin with, moral problem not a stable excuse for the heinous murder. It is absolutely not possible that a person who make huge damage, just as killing people with guns, but still say that he or she can get free and it is only unlucky to be caught. It is justice to make an equivalent penalty to it crime. According to the article “Top 10 Pro & Con Arguments” on ProCon.org: put another way, to sentence killers like those described above to less than death would fail to do justice because the penalty – presumably a long period in prison-would be grossly disproportionate to the heinousness of the crime. Because the crime that the outlaw commit is so severe, it is moral justice to carry out death penalty which is a legitimate punishment in this case. Therefore, it is moral right to carry out death penalty.
Moreover, human all need some thing to control them, so that deterrence really make some effect to protect people. the article of dailysignal.com state that: studies of the death penalty have reached various conclusions about its effectiveness in deterring crime. But… the majority of studies that track effects over many years and across states or counties find a deterrent effect. Because criminal can take a consider before they conduct the things which they will greatly regret after ,this appropriately shows that to use death penalty can somewhat control the criminal to commit some serious crime. For public right to control criminal, the government should implement death penalty.
Most importantly, whatever how innocent the criminal is, since he or she has already commit the crime, they make an irrevocable mistakes. We all know that people should take response to their own behavior. Michele Hanisee once mention in “Justice Requires a Swift death Penalty in California” that: Voters understand that the criminals on death row have been convicted of the most heinous crimes. Voters also realize that those left behind, grieving families throughout California and their loved ones, don’t deserve anything less than justice. Since people want to realize justice on this world, it is reasonable for the criminal to suffer the penalty which they deadly commit.
In conclusion, in order to have a enlightened society, people should agree to bring death penalty into force. Although sometime some time people will feel unhappy to decisively end one’s life, the execution of the law can be improved by the efforts of all public will—that someday in the future there were no more innocent people to be kill, and all bad guys can be punished by the justice law.
